Best movie
Midnight in Paris and Beginners
The older I get, the more touched I am by movies that touch on the bittersweet nature of adulthood, and, specifically for someone as driven by comfort and stability as I am, seizing opportunities that may be risky but may also be rewarding.
Best book
I read precious little this year, and there’s no excuse. But I really loved The Hunger Games series.
Big decision
This is tough, because even as I type this, I’m feeling a twinge of regret about moving home to Seattle. Still, it was a good decision if only because I am trying my hardest to give Seattle a fair shake before I decide whether to move on to more challenging pastures.

My first red lipstick! Make Up Forever Rouge Artist Intense in 42. Classic red lipstick that makes me really happy.
Best trip
Paris, naturally.
Best challenge
My current job. It’s a good challenge, though.
Best meal
Lobster Bisque at RN74! It was…so, so good. I have dreams about that soup, and I had it almost 7 months ago.
